Job Description


Job requirements will include the following tasks:

  • Supervising Operations : The service supervisor is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the outlet, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, cash handling, and ensuring that products or services are readily available to customers.
  • Team Management : The service supervisor trains and supervises a team of staff. They provide guidance, support, and ongoing training to the team members, ensuring they are knowledgeable about the products or services offered and maintain a high level of customer service.
  • Service : Ensuring exceptional guest service is a key aspect of the role. The service supervisor interacts with customers, addresses their inquiries or concerns, and strives to create a positive and personalized experience. They also handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
  • Sales and Promotion : The service supervisor actively engages in sales activities, promotes products or services, and implements strategies to drive sales and achieve targets. They may also collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and execute marketing initiatives.
  • Performance Monitoring : Monitoring and evaluating the performance of staff is part of the supervisor\'s responsibilities. They set performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews. The supervisor also identifies areas for improvement and implements training or coaching as needed.
  • Maintenance and Safety: The service supervisor ensures the kiosk is well-maintained, clean, and stocked with necessary supplies. They may coordinate with maintenance personnel for repairs or maintenance tasks. Safety protocols and compliance with relevant regulations are also part of their responsibility.
  • Reporting and Administration : The service supervisor maintains records of sales, inventory, and other relevant data. They may prepare reports on sales performance, attendance, and any incidents or issues that arise. Administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll coordination, and budgeting may also be part of the role.
  • Overall, the service supervisor plays a crucial role in managing the efficient functioning of the outlet, leading a team, and delivering exceptional customer service. They contribute to sales growth, maintain a positive work environment, and ensure operational excellence.
Job Requirements
  • 2-3 years of hospitality experience in a quick service environment.
  • Excellent service skills and friendly.
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Well-organized and clean.
  • Keen for opportunities to learn and grow within the organization.
  • Able to compile daily reports with a high level of accuracy.
  • 6 days\xe2\x80\x99 work week - Able to commit to shift work including weekends and Public Holidays.
  • Location \xe2\x80\x93 Resorts World Sentosa / Changi Business Park.
