Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Daily checking of commercial pipelines for any new and upcoming product deployments
• Assignment of Field Service Engineers for deployment processes and making necessary adjustments to resource allocation when necessary (e.g. to cater for any last minute, more prioritized deployments)
• Arrange for customer UAT, and handle the UAT form (signed copy) properly
• Arrange for customer trainings (Product handling, Software platform) and related logistics
• Prepare for robot Go-live by obtaining relevant customer information and remote operator instructions.
• In-charge of retrieving Performance Reports for customers (eg. weekly, monthly, specific period).
• Backup/cover for other Service Support Administrator as needed for day-to-day operations.
• Take on various ad-hoc duties as required to support robot operations, coordinating deliveries and providing robot operational support.

What do we look out for?

• Required: Diploma in engineering, business administration, or any related field.
• Preferred: 2 years experience in project coordination, operations management or a similar role (fresh graduates may apply)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
