The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent corporate financial strategy through a range of avenues such as managing and allocating accounts, financial statements, and tax data. The candidate will also be the point of contact for banks, auditors, and tax authorities.


Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide after sales customer service including Servicing, Maintenance and Upgrading of Coffee and Coffee Related Machines
• Carry out inspection and diagnostic of Coffee and Coffee Related Machines independently and remotely
• Prepare documents required for Return of Mechandise and updated them accordinly
• Coordinating Machine tracking, receiving and dispatching with respective departments
• Keeping and maintaining accurate records of Spare Parts Inventory
• Performing Machine Part Recovery and Fuctionality Testing
• Ensuring work area is clean and organize
• And all other ad-hoc duty as assigned

Qualifications/ Requirements

• Preferably at least ITE or equivalent
• Detail-oriented, able to correctly log information and adhere to repair standards
• Positive and Constructive attitude in teamwork and good Verbal Communication
• Farmiliar with using basic Office tools
• Willing to use and learn other software tools

Good to have:

• An interest in Coffee and Coffee related things
• Willing to learn industrial tools such as Pallet Jacks and Ladder
• An interest in solving problems, for both people and mechanical systems
• Comfortable with working in a dynamic work environment as we are a growing company!
