Job Description
- Working location Jurong East
- 5.5 days
- Class 3 license
- Handle consumer goods repair
- Equipment faulty diagnosed accurately and expeditiously
- Efficient and timely repair of customers\' faulty equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose faulty equipment reported by customers
- Checks parts needed and ascertain the costs of parts
- Repair products assigned
- Update repair status in the system and follow up the case until job finish
- Answer customers\' queries about repair details and parts change
- Escalate case to principal if necessary
- Visit customers to repair equipment on-site
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Min \xe2\x80\x9cN\xe2\x80\x9d level and above
- Min 3 years of relevant working experience in the consumer electronics sector
- Must have class 3 driving license
