What You'll Be Doing

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and electronic home appliances and industrial equipment. Use testing tools and instruments such as multimeters, clamp meters, and other electrical measurement devices. Provide excellent customer service by assisting with appliance drop-offs, collections, and service updates. Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when communicating with customers. Prepare service reports, goods receiving documents, and communicate findings or repair recommendations clearly. Oversee inventory and ensure proper care, organization, and handling of tools and repaired items. Take initiative to support new assignments or technical projects as required. Continuously learn and improve technical skills through on-the-job experience. Carry out additional duties as assigned by management.

What We're Looking For

Diploma or NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field is preferred. Strong enthusiasm for hands-on repair work, problem-solving, and troubleshooting. Possession of a valid Class 3 or Class 2 driving licence will be an advantage.
