About the Roles

We are looking for a dedicated

Service Technician (Electrical & Electronics)

to join a reputable

Repair of Domestic Electrical/Electronic Appliances

company located at

Joo Chiat Road

. This is a

permanent position

with a

5.5-day work week

(Monday-Friday, 8:30am-6:30pm; Saturday, 8:30am-12:00pm). The role offers a

competitive basic salary with performance bonus (PB)

and the opportunity to work hands-on with a wide range of electrical and electronic equipment in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and electronic home appliances and industrial systems. Operate testing tools and instruments, including multimeters, clamp meters, and other measuring devices. Handle customer service matters such as receiving and returning equipment in a courteous and professional manner. Communicate repair findings and provide service reports with recommendations for next steps. Maintain inventory records and ensure proper storage and handling of tools, parts, and repaired equipment. Assist in new projects and take on additional duties as assigned by management. Demonstrate initiative and enthusiasm for learning and improving through practical experience.

What We're Looking For

Diploma or NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Genuine interest and passion for hands-on repair work and troubleshooting. Possession of a valid Class 3 or Class 2 driving licence will be an added advantage.
