Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and electronic appliances, as well as industrial equipment.
Utilize testing tools such as multimeters, clamp meters, and other electrical measuring devices to assess issues.
Provide excellent customer service, handling the receiving and collection of appliances and equipment.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when engaging with customers.
Prepare service reports and goods receiving documentation, explain diagnostic results, and advise customers on appropriate next steps.
Oversee stock inventory and ensure proper handling and maintenance of all tools, equipment, and repaired items.
Take initiative to accept new responsibilities and contribute to additional projects as required.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn and improve through hands-on experience.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks as directed.
What We're Looking For
A
Diploma or NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering
, or a related field is preferred.
A strong interest and enthusiasm for hands-on repair work and troubleshooting.
Holding a
valid Class 3 or Class 2 driving license
will be an added advantage.
