What you\'ll do? Your duties will include but not limited to: resolving, and responding to customer issues and inquiries, communicating effectively with the administrative and sales team, planning and executing site visits, servicing, and installation at customer premises, keeping track of stock levels, doing repairs, general maintenance work, and training of technicians at hotels/restaurants. Training will be provided. Maintenance and Servicing: - Review and report all work/jobs done to the management via weekly worksheets - Assist and support administration and sales team with customer enquiries and technical support on phone, instant messaging platform, email, and field service. - Respect all company operational templates and processes. - Arrange monthly/quarterly equipment maintenance schedule with admin and sales team. - Organize, execute, and keep track of water equipment installation, maintenance, repair service plan and action. - Always look for most efficient and least costly solutions for both Porla and its customers. - Attend both maintenance and field service. Stock - Keep track of inventory / stock. - Source for and liaise with local suppliers for repair equipment supply. - Acquire knowledge about water equipment and basic regulations of food & beverage - Establish and maintain good relationship with customers and local suppliers Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month Benefits:
