Service Technician \xef\xbc\x88Home Appliance\xef\xbc\x89Salary: $2200 - $3000Monday - Friday l Alternative Half Day Saturday8:45am - 5:30pm / 9am - 1pmOffice Location: Geylang // Work Location: IslandwideResponsibilities:-

• Provides responsible service, repair and installation services to our customers in a professional manner
• Accurately diagnose, service, repair, and maintain product in optimum operating condition
• Reviews product performance and quality and communicate to Technical Director any downward shifts in performance and quality
• Perform testing and inspection on finished goods for quality issues and perform corrective actions
• Provide assistance and technical service requests to and by project clients
• Other duties as assigned by Technical Director and/or management
• Manage KDK quality claims
• Achieve department KPI

Requirements:- * Possess a valid Electrical Technician License.

• Minimum Higher NITEC in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics.
• Possess Class 3 driving license
• Knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Experience in Electrical / Refrigeration trouble shooting is advantageous.
