Job Description
Our client is a Global MNC dealing in the distribution of power tools & power equipments for the home improvement, repair, maintenance, construction and infrastructure industries. Their newly setup office here in UBI area is currently looking for a SERVICE TECHNICIAN (POWER TOOLS)
Salary: basic up to $3,500 Work Days: 5 Days (9.00am to 6.00pm) Work Location: Ubi (near Tai Seng MRT) Work Terms: Permanent with attractive benefits
Primary role:
- To perform diagnostics, maintenance, installation, and repairs company\'s range of equipment (power tools) while maintaining company and industry standards and adhering to time constraints.
- To assist dealers or customers in technical solution and problem solving by using diagnostic equipments to perform testing & repair work
- Analysis, interpretation & troubleshooting of testing result data.
- To install, test and provide demonstration/training to client on proper usage of products
- To monitor inventory of power tools, spare parts and equipment.
- To produce timely and detailed daily service report.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety at work area
- At least a Diploma in Engineering fields
- At least 2 years of experience in technical service
- Experience with basic power tools and diagnostic tools will be preferred.
- Ability to read technical diagrams.
- IT literate with good communication skills
- Detailed & organised
