Job Scope:
Install, set up, and test equipment or machinery at customer sites. Ensure systems are functioning according to specifications. Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment. Diagnose and repair technical faults or failures, both on-site and remotely. Replace or repair defective parts. Provide technical support and training to customers or internal users. Respond to service calls and support requests in a timely manner. Maintain accurate service records, including repair logs and reports. Update technical documentation as necessary. Maintain professional communication with clients during service visits. Explain technical issues clearly and offer solutions. Follow safety guidelines and ensure compliance with regulations. Handle tools and equipment properly to avoid hazards.
Job Requirement:
Minimum Nitec studies (Preferably Nitec in Engineering) Open to candidate who's keen on hands-on role Good to have Class 3 Driving license (Not a must)
