Your responsibilities will include:

• Repair and calibrate a variety of hydraulic, pneumatic and battery-operated torque tools, pumps and equipment
• The job involves troubleshooting, tearing down, repairing, re-assembling and testing pumps, motors and tools in shop.
• Works with sales and service team members, engineers and customers to meet the growing day to day repair requirements.
• Demonstrates orientation toward excellent customer service by conducting daily activities, communications and interactions in a co-operative, positive and professional manner.
• Complete all necessary paperwork for repairs and calibrations.

The requirement for the job includes:

• Certificate III Mechanical or Fitter (Preferred but not essential) with at least 2 years relevant working experience as a Service Technician.
• Ability to diagnose and successfully repair equipment or tools and plan a logical approach to troubleshooting and prioritizing workload.
• Demonstrated ability to work with hands and to work in mechanically oriented situations.
• Must be a dependable team player with high energy and a strong commitment to quality output.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision. Self management of work schedule/duties.
• Candidates must be willing and able to pass drug and alcohol test
• Must be able to wear protective equipment as needed.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• You must have reliable transportation and be able to read and speak English.
• Computer skills- Microsoft Office basic skills.
