Job Description
The Service Technician role is an entry-level position with comprehensive training and opportunities for further training abroad. We welcome all candidates who meet our requirements as listed below.
- Disassemble, clean, assemble and test equipment in accordance to company SOPs and schedule.
- Ensure company targets for productivity and efficiency is met.
- Assist with visits and troubleshooting at customer location if required.
- Ensure the service centre is at all times clean, safe and properly equipped according to company SOP.
- Assist with any other ad-hoc duties as required.
- Liaise with team leader and other departments where necessary to ensure the above duties are achieved.
- Knowledge of mechanical or electrical equipment used in pumping or vacuum applications.
- Have previous experience working in a workshop/service centre environment.
- Competent in Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint
- Minimum qualification is a Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, but other qualifications may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
- Opportunities for Travel may be provided. Some travel is required.
