Summary Mid-size front-end semiconductor solutions provider with HQ in Singapore and offices in Singapore and Taiwan. Information Tuesday to Saturday / Sunday to Thursday 8 hours AL / Medical & Dental AWS + VB Responsibilities Follow on site daily PM plan (customer site). Process quartz PM: support change quartz tube, loading quartz jigs, injectors etc. New & old parts arrangement & logistic (maintenance room, store to tool side). Preparation & housekeeping of PM jigs & tools. Perform robot PM: parts cleaning & greasing, replacement of sensors, motors, motor drivers etc. Installation of vacuum valves, fore line pipes, heater jackets. Support tool owner engineer to do technical activities in fab: trouble shoot, modification, installation, de-installation. Support 6S & logistic activities (parts cleaning, arrangement, labelling, housekeeping) Requirements Minimum Nitec in Engineering field. At least 2 years of experience in Manufacturing/Production performing maintenance and repair. Candidate must be able to work on rotating shift days (Tuesday to Saturday / Sunday to Thursday).
