Job Description
Job duties:
- Dealing with troubleshooting & maintenance for video management system
- Ensuring good uptime & maintaining critical systems to meet performance requirements.
- Making sure incidents are settled within the premises.
- Ensuring duties are fulfilled in safely manner and comply with relevant rules.
- Coordinating with all customers and project team and ensuring good operation
- Generating relevant reports & ensuring alignment with management
- Nitec in information technology or relevant course
- 0 to 1 year video management system troubleshooting/maintenance experience
- Willing to perform shift work after 1 to 2 months training.
5 days, office hours for training
