Develop and implement a comprehensive BPR strategy to align the client to map out Level 1 to 3 processes across Enterprise Risk Management (risk identification, risk aggregation, risk analysis, residual risk approval, risk monitoring).
Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and innovation.
2. Process Analysis and Assessment:
Guide client\'s teams to conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes (Level 1 to 5) to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
Utilize data-driven insights and best practices to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of current processes.
3. Redesign and Optimization:
Lead cross-functional teams in the redesign of business processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organizational goals.
4. Change Management:
Guide the implementation change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new processes and ensure a smooth transition for all stakeholders.
5. Collaboration:
Work closely with department heads, project managers, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless development and integration of reengineered processes.
Foster a collaborative environment to encourage ownership, input and feedback from various teams.
6. Performance Metrics and Monitoring:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and value outcomes to measure the success and impact of reengineered processes.
Requirements
Degree / Diploma in Computer Engineering
At least 5 years of relevant experiences in one or more of the following:
Enterprise Risk Management
Business Process Documentation and Design
Digitization and Process Improvement
Good to have Skills: \xe2\x80\xa2 ServiceNow GRC experience
