Job Description

What You'll Do

Lead requirements gathering using

human?centric design & Design Thinking



Analyse processes and craft

digital transformation roadmaps



Guide technology selection aligned with

SG Tech Stack & cloud standards



Create

user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria



Oversee

platform configuration, customisation, and integration



Manage

deployments, change requests, and continuous improvements



Facilitate

workshops, training, and stakeholder engagement

to drive adoption

What We're Looking For

Diploma/Degree in IT/Computer Science (or related)

4+ years

in digital transformation projects

2+ successful ServiceNow implementations

(HR module experience a plus)

Strong SaaS background, Agile delivery experience

Knowledge of

cloud architecture, AI tools, and automation



Excellent

stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills



Experience in

government or large enterprise projects

preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,677.90 - $10,582.71 per month
