Job Description
Web Technologies:
Knowledge of web services, SSO, SAML, and other integration technologies.
Database Concepts:
Familiarity with relational databases (SQL) and potentially NoSQL databases, as well as enterprise data warehouses.
Scripting:
Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, GlideScript, and client-side/server-side scripting.
Integrations:
Proficiency in designing and implementing integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.
Data Modeling:
Expertise in designing and implementing data models, understanding of data schemas, tables, and relationships within ServiceNow.
ServiceNow Platform Knowledge:
Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including App Engine, Flow Designer, Service Graph CMDB, and its various modules (ITSM, ITOM, GRC).
Data Management & Optimization
:Analyze, map, and transform data between ServiceNow and external platforms, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency. * Optimize integrations for performance, scalability, and reliability.
