Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform for the CSM module
Collaborate with the business and technical teams to gather requirements and provide technical expertise in the development of custom solutions
Develop and maintain custom workflows, scripts, and integrations to support the CSM module
Ensure the custom solutions are aligned with the overall ServiceNow architecture and security standards
Develop and maintain documentation for custom solutions and processes
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to custom solutions
Stay current with new ServiceNow releases and features, and assess the impact on custom solutions
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Strong experience in ServiceNow development, preferably with the CSM module
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, security, and best practices
Strong experience in JavaScript and other scripting languages
Strong experience with web services and integrations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
