Servicenow Operational Specialist
Job Description
Required Skills and Experience
Overall 9+ years of proven experience in the operational risk domain, ideally within financial services, technology, or regulated industries.
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow, specifically the Operational Resiliency module.
Demonstrated ability to customise ServiceNow modules and develop new features using scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), UI policies, business rules, and workflows.
Solid understanding of operational resiliency principles, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic environment.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations and data management is a plus.
* ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.
