Join us now and be part of our incredible journey.The roleThe ServiceNow Architect is a key member of our ServiceNow delivery team and is responsible for the overall design of the platform and mapping client business requirements to systems/technical requirements. They are responsible for the overall architecture, design, implementation, and integrity of the ServiceNow platform within the enterprise.

  • Responsible for demoing ServiceNow features and functionality to clients
  • Provide mentorship, leadership, and project oversight in regards to ServiceNow technology workflows
  • Responsible for internal artifacts and deliverables to ensure they meet solution requirements
  • Work directly with the client\xe2\x80\x99s product owners, scrum masters/project leaders, and solution architects, which includes presenting the design and development work to the broader project team.
  • Work closely with the development teams, participate and lead design and architecture reviews
  • If necessary building integrations utilizing infrastructure platform APIs via SOAP and/or REST APIs
  • Sign off on technical specifications and documents, architecture diagrams, system documentation and manuals
  • Sign off on update set promotion to production
  • Participate in pre-sales activities related to the technology workflows (ITSM/ITOM/ITAM), including project sizing and scoping
What we need to see from you
  • ServiceNow Development and Consulting: Extensive experience in a consulting role, ideally from a lead developer / technical architect background
  • Expert understanding on import sets and transform maps, working with external data sources, ServiceNow data mapping
  • Experience with
  • Normalization Data Services configuration
  • ITOM Discovery for on-premise and cloud environments
  • Configuration Management Lifecycle
  • Common Services Data Model
  • Service Mapping, Event Management, and Certificate Management
  • 3rd Party credential stores, network access, and firewalls
  • JavaScript, SQL
  • Additional product line(s) on the ServiceNow platform (one or more of ITSM, SPM (formerly ITBM), and/or ITAM)
  • Understanding of the ServiceNow CMDB
  • Understanding of the Identification and Reconciliation Engine and impacts to the CMDB
  • Understanding of the ServiceNow workflow capabilities (FlowDesigner)
  • Understanding of platform security and integration best practices
  • A positive promotor of work culture and a "can do" attitude
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Strong communication, explanation and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel (up to 15%) and be comfortable in changing office environments
Certificates
  • Must have: ServiceNow CSA
  • Nice to have: CIS Discovery, CIS SAM, CIS HAM, CIS ITSM
