Job Description

Assist in the installation, configuration, and commissioning of Schneider Electric BMS solutions. Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities under supervision. Participate in system diagnostics and troubleshooting of hardware and software issues. Learn to interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and system architecture. Document service activities and contribute to technical reports and customer communications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards. Gain exposure to EcoStruxure(TM) Building Operation and other Schneider Electric platforms.
Competencies


Basic knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS) and HVAC control principles. Familiarity with networking concepts (IP addressing, BACnet, Modbus, etc.). Understanding of electrical and mechanical systems in commercial buildings. Ability to work with software tools for system configuration and diagnostics. Exposure to PLC, SCADA, or DDC systems is a plus. Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals. Basic understanding of HVAC systems, control systems, or building automation. * Fluent in Indonesian Bahasa and having exposure in Indonesia market.
