Job Description

:The primary focus of a Services Delivery Support Representative is to support Oracle Services customer engagements through internal operational activities that could include automating manual process. Activities could include:

• Study internal services delivery process, and propose and implement automation projects using Oracle internal tools
• Provide feedback on incremental improvement services delivery process
• Performs record keeping activities
• Ability to demonstrate time management in execution of tasks
• Goal oriented individual with superior communication skills
• Ability to complete individual goals as well as work in a team environment
• Demonstrated ability to communicate using basic technology/technical concepts
• Expected during tenure to be trained on Oracle tools like APEX (Oracle Express)
