Join us as a Battery Service Offer Intern to make an impact!

Mission (About the Role)

• You will join the Battery Service Offer Team where we tailor our Battery Service Offer to meet our customer needs.
• This role will visualize existing commercial references related to two battery types including on-demand, service plan, and recycling and explore the possibilities for improvement of quotation process, propose the best process for selecting correct CRs to support field service representatives selling the battery service offer.
• The role will develop Battery Service Sales performance analysis base on different type of services category, geographically.

What will you do?

• Categorizing and managing the Commercial References regarding to Battery Service. (Li-ion Battery and VRLA battery)
• Mapping the UPS vs.Battery Hardware vs. Service commercial reference.
• Creating playbook for Battery Service commercial references mapping.
• Preparing announcements and communication to broadcast the playbook.
• Developing Battery Service Sales performance analysis base on different type of services category, geographically.
• Responsible for building scalable and sustainable end to end process for \xe2\x80\x9cEasy to Quote\xe2\x80\x9d of Battery Service Offer.
• Work with domain experts to identify new opportunities and needs
• Interaction with business domain experts to understand their needs and requirements and identify data-driven opportunities

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s in Data Analytics/Mathematics/Industrial Engineering /Computer Engineering/IT related or similar
• Skills/Systems Knowledge:

• Good to have: Tableau/BFO/CPQ knowledge.
