About the team Our Medical Services team is critical to the success of Doctor Anywhere. We are a team of healthcare professionals who oversee Doctor Anywhere \xe2\x80\x99s medical operations including clinics, telemedicine and mobile services. About the role

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with company policies and procedures across all clinics in the group.
• Oversee clinic employees, manpower planning and infrastructure management to ensure that all clinics are run optimally and service standards are met.
• Maintain a high standard of service quality, attending to patient\xe2\x80\x99s feedback and complaints promptly and to completion.
• Review and develop Clinic Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support and improve organisation effectiveness.
• Leading a team of clinic employees, including their induction, training and development, to ensure their success in the role
• Participate in clinic recruitment and retention to achieve stable, skilled and motivated workforce and achieve the desired customer and business outcomes.

• Ensure a high standard of patient care is maintained in all clinics while leading clinics to achieve various goals in customer service and financial targets,

• Ensure proper administration and documentation of all transactions and claims
• Devise innovative services to continually improve service standards for both patients and employees.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned.

About you

• Degree in any discipline with minimum 4 years\' working experience, preferably in the Healthcare industry
• At least 1 years managerial experience in an operational setting or managing a large group of people with varied experiences and competencies in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Basic understanding of profit and loss statements.
• Familiar with Clinic Management Systems, various Insurance & Third Party Administrations portals and government schemes would be advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Takes a pragmatic and proactive approach to handling matters.
• Ability to think outside of the box, and roll-up-your sleeves to solve problems as they arise
• Experience in audit/risk management in healthcare/clinic operations setting will be an advantage
• A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zone and take on new challenges.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things - we\xe2\x80\x99re not done growing and heading into uncharted territories is part of the fun!
