Working location: Bendemeer You will be part of the HQ team, where you will help to synergise the effort to ensure smooth, efficient operations for all Parkway Shenton clinics in meeting the requirements of Healthier SG programme and organisational goals.
Key accountabilities
The job requires an individual who is meticulous and possess a logical thought process and able to distil processes into initiatives for systemic change.
Main responsibilities include: 1) Development of a competency framework and roadmap for clinic staff 2) Sourcing and facilitate trainings for clinic staff 3) Reviewing and/or develop workflows to ensure compliance for clinic staff to execute new skills 4) Monitoring and track staff training and competency review 5) Understand clinic operations and work closely with stakeholder to execute changes 6) Support administrative functions as assigned
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree, preferably in healthcare-related or management discipline An excellent team player and effective communicator Highly-motivated and results-oriented Excellent organizational, leadership and people orientated Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision amidst tight timelines Willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic environment
