About the team
Our Commercial team is a pivotal component of Doctor Anywhere. We're a tenacious group in charge of a wide range of business development and strategic partnership initiatives. Our primary job is to establish and expand our collaboration with insurance providers, healthcare agencies and corporate clients in order to provide healthcare to employees and the community.
About the role
We are seeking a Manager, Business Development to join the Singapore team who will identify and secure new business opportunities as well as lead relationship development for key clients (eg. Insurers, Brokers, Corporate MNCs). This role will require the candidate to be both data and relationship-driven, with intuitive strategic insight to understand clients’ needs, patience and empathy to cultivate trust, and identify key value propositions to engage meaningfully with multiple stakeholders of different departments.
The ideal candidate will have a mindset of continuous improvement and change and will demonstrate curiosity, collaboration and the ability to deal with ambiguity especially in a start-up environment. S/he will also be result-oriented, highly collaborative, a compelling communicator and problem solver who can derive insights from data, influence and drive change. You will be expected to work closely with internal cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations and finance as you hunt and harvest new and existing business relationships.
This role reports directly to the Vice President, Commercial.
