LocationSingapore The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud. Browse our Operations team openings to see how you can make an impact with us.

:

• Propose and initiate new ideas or projects to improve warehouse fulfillment process, by justifying via data insights
• Lead project launches and work closely with relevant stakeholders for continuous improvement
• Set up dashboards to track project progress and performance
• Get involved in daily onsite operations to understand the pain points and identify potential solutions

• Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
• 3+ years working experience in warehouse related roles, project management and/or data analysis experience preferred
• Strong data acumen, and comfortable with working and leveraging on large volume of data to solve real problems
• Proficient in working with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, knowledge of SQL, Python or any coding languages a strong plus
• Proven to be a fast learner; able to settle ambiguous situations in a fast and effective manner
• Hands-on, willing and able to go on-site to understand Operations
• Good communication and presentation skills, able to communicate with stakeholders of all levels
