- Lead, Manage and provide onsite support
- Incident and problem resolution of end-user stations
- Administration and Configuration of end-user devices
- End-user device hardening and lockdown
- Handle laptop Re-imaging incidents
- Moving PCs and Devices within same premises
- Guide users on data backup and transfer
- Support Secure Email users
- Asset and Resource Management
- Respond to desktop audit related queries.
- Coordinate with central team and agency to schedule the software upgrades.
