RESPONSIBILITIES: - Servicing Existing clients: Increasing the value of current customers, we have a few clients from Singapore market who regularly work with at Agency. The candidate will be respons RESPONSIBILITIES: - Servicing Existing clients: Increasing the value of current customers, we have a few clients from Singapore market who regularly work with at Agency. The candidate will be responsible for enhancing current relationship with these clients for increased revenue from existing clientele. - Enhancing Client Relationship: While all the project generated through Singapore office will be managed and serviced from India office, Singapore office will be responsible for supporting clients in case of issue resolution with support from India office. - Independently Generate New Business: o Independently identifying new clientele through multi-channel approach including but not limiting to email communication, cold-calling, connecting client on social media platform and attending conferences to connect with new client. o Independently pitch Services to clients o Identify potential new clients and turned them into increased avenues of business - Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. - Gather industry insights and contribute to the team's overall understanding of the market, partners, and products - Proposal & Quotation Management: Preparing quotations and proposal based on RFQ/ RFP provided by clients The essential skills/competencies this position should have in order to accomplish the job results and to perform the job duties. CRITICAL COMPETENCIES: (1)Must have experience in research conceptualization, result analysis, reporting and client presentation (2)Should be good with client relationships & must have experience of managing and execution of client business and achieving set targets. (3)Sound knowledge of market to identify new business potential (4)Excellent organizational skills (5)Excellent communication skills, written and spoken (6)Open to travel across APAC
