Technically lead the SharePoint development team in Cebu
Lead, develop and implement a variety of key SharePoint / .NET platforms including SharePoint Server 2016, SharePoint Online, etc. centric solutions, including: Web Content Management, Collaboration, Business process management, Document Management
Recommend best-in-class solution architecture identifying functional as well as non-functional parameters.
Act as the senior technical resource and guide the development team and internal customers / stakeholders on important technological decisions to ensure smooth and top-quality delivery of projects.
Participate in design, code, test reviews cycles.
Provide detailed architecture analysis and design, and direction on development activities.
Provide leadership in gaining insight on functional and non-functional requirements related to technical delivery of projects.
Assist in the creation of prototypes, POCs, presentations, collateral, etc
Provide documentation on all architecture decisions and best practice approaches to architecture design implementation based on communication with project teams.
Recommend and develop robust solutions in a timely manner based on requirement spec working with IT and business stakeholders
Provide ongoing maintenance and problem investigation and support
Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
Develop the team culture around an Agile approach
Help in developing the technical and platform / features development roadmap
General Skill & Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems; or related discipline is desired.
Must possess a minimum of 6-8 years experience in SharePoint, Workflow, and .NET custom development projects
Must possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in managing a team of SharePoint developers
Is experienced in leading projects with Agile methodology
Deep and demonstrated understanding of Microsoft Information Worker infrastructure and architecture, software architecture principles as applies to solutions and application architectures (specifically for portals, web sites and systems integration projects).
Solid understanding and proven ability with SharePoint 2013/2016 implementation and development of custom solutions using Visual Studio, worked with SharePoint's application services framework including Search, Managed Metadata, and User Profile Services
Experience programming in C#, .NET 3.5, ENTITY FRAMEWORK and in using jQuery, AJAX, Client Object Model, and Service Oriented Architecture
Experience with other products in SharePoint ecosystems such as using K2 BlackPearl and building SmartForms, etc.
Deep knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack with demonstrated expertise on the SharePoint platform and experience with enterprise projects on SharePoint including intranet and extranet portals as well as external web sites.
Experience with Central Administration, MySites, Lists, Content types, workflows, web parts, etc.
Working understanding of web services, BDC/BCS, Excel services, etc.
Experience with creation and modification of master/layout pages, web parts and other components.
Relevant working experience including expertise in "Enterprise Architecture" consulting skills such as interviewing stakeholders, conducting architecture reviews, and consensus building.
Professional and consultative mindset with commitment for excellent customer service.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral).
Ability to come up with creative solutions for ambiguous problems and learn quickly.
Must be motivated, independent and self-sufficient. Able to receive an assigned task and see it through to completion with minimal supervision.
Must have a strong programming background - authoring well written, well documented, modular, and clean code
Experience with testing methodology from unit tests, system test, and UAT tests is a strong advantage
Ability to write detailed design documents, communicate the vision, and defend the position is an advantage
Fluency in English.
