What we seek to accomplish together:

• Ensure Response Time and Defect Turn-around Time meet contractual KPI
• Incident Management: Perform troubleshooting and rectification of issue reported
• Problem Management: Conduct root cause analysis & implement pro-active measures
• Service Request: Perform general SharePoint administrative tasks and writing Power Shell scripts as part of service request
• Change Request Assessment: Carry out requirements gathering and assessment on the effort and timeline require for the Change Request based on the requirement provided
• Change Request: Carry out technical design, technical construction, testing, implementation and deployment for the Change Request
• Escalate critical problems to the Group Lead / Project Manager
• Perform standby duties or other urgent duties if required

A little about you:

• Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering / Information Technology related field, or IT equivalent
• Strong troubleshooting skills and analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
• Knowledge in SharePoint
• Possess initiative and disposition with a strong commitment and orientation towards results and high-quality standards
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivator with a positive attitude and with high energy
• Willingness to pick up new skills
