Job Description
Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and deployment of SharePoint solutions (Online & On-Prem) including site architecture, custom components, workflows, and integrations.
Manage SharePoint environments--administration, security, permissions, governance, content structure, and ongoing optimization.
Develop custom solutions using
SPFx
, Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Microsoft 365 tools. Oversee migrations and upgrades from On-Premise SharePoint to SharePoint Online using industry tools and best practices. Implement workflow automation using Power Automate, SharePoint workflows, and K2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Provide technical leadership, documentation, training, and support to users and junior team members. Ensure alignment with governance, compliance, and information architecture standards across the M365 ecosystem. Work closely with IT teams to integrate SharePoint with enterprise applications and maintain a secure, high-performance environment.Mandatory Skills

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 8+ years of hands-on experience with SharePoint (Online & On-Prem). Strong knowledge of SharePoint security, integrations (Teams, OneDrive), and M365 ecosystem. Proficiency in custom development (SPFx, JavaScript/TypeScript, .NET) is preferred. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
