Job Description
A Shepards Editor is responsible for (1) accurately interpreting history relationships between state and federal cases (2) analytical determination relationships between citing and cited legal references and proper application of letters and phrases that accurately reflect those relationships.
Qualifications:
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
- Sound level of computer accuracy
- Legal research skills
- Superior reading and legal comprehension skills
- Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills
- Good relationship building skills
- Advanced analytical skills
- Must possess an intermediate knowledge of US laws and courts system and/or a strong desire and commitment to gain knowledge of US laws and courts system
- Must be flexible and should be willing to adapt/adjust to any changes whether as to future trainings, shift schedules and other deliverables
- Must have no performance related corrective action for the past 12 months, no attendance and performance issues
