Job Description

Permanent Role + AWS + 3 Month Bonus Basic Up to $3300 (Entry Level Candidates) Basic Up to $4200 (Experienced Candidates, 5 years or more) Chemical Manufacturing Plant, Jurong Island Transport Provided at the designated area 12 Hours shift role (8am - 8pm/ 8pm - 8am)
Responsibilities:
To lead a group of Production Technicians in the safe and smooth running of the production. To assist the Process Engineer to conduct activities and projects to optimize operation during Shift to achieve operational and cost-efficiency. To troubleshoot plant/equipment/quality issues and recommend counter-measures. To monitor and ensure plant equipment integrity and reliability. To assist the Process Engineer to support Shift operation by providing suitable operating conditions for stable plant operation and product quality control. To train and develop team members.
Requirements:
Applicants should possess a Degree in Chemical Engineering or its equivalent, preferably with 1 to 2 years of experience in petroleum, chemical or polymer industries. Applicants should have knowledge of process control and troubleshooting, and hands-on knowledge of plant equipment and instrumentation. Essential prerequisites include good analytical and technical report writing skills, ability to be a team player with leadership, initiative, drive & commitment, ability to take the pressure, and able to communicate well with other
