We are looking for a candidate who will join us as Ship Agent. Candidate will handle Operation and customer coordination for Shipping Agency. He should be prepared to take ownership and buildup a sense of belonging with team.
We like to invite you for an interview if you are a hands-on person that lead by example and passionate for post.
Responsiblilties
- To handle operation matters for Vessel port call
- Understand and able to coordinate incidental port call issues
- Strong team work and able to manage vessel team workload
- Generate invoices and FDA
- Responsible for port call and crewing matters
- Ability to handle customer expectations
- Evaluate and expand customer and vendor
- Responsible to check and maintain SOP
Requirement
- 2 yrs of Ship Agency experience / Diploma/ ITE in Maritime or equivalent
- Experience Candidate are welcome
- photo and do indicate your last drawn expected pay
- able to work and communicate well with chinese customer
- good team player, positive working attitude
- willing to work at odd hours
- Integrity and accountability character essential
