xefx82xb7 Liaise with shipowners, shipbrokers, agents, terminals, bunker suppliers and internal stakeholders such as Sourcing & Trading, Land Logistics, Planning, Commercial Operations, Demurrage & Payment
xefx82xb7 Issue Voyage Order to vessels xefx82xb7 Provide updates to internal stakeholders on vessels' information (itinerary/capacity/load readiness etc)
xefx82xb7 Liaise with ship agents on port/terminal information and costs
xefx82xb7 Follow up with Head-Owners on hire payment, taking delivery and redelivery of vessels according to Time-Charter Party
xefx82xb7 Follow up on the performance of TC vessels and internal reportingxefx82xb7 Input voyage details into IMOS
xefx82xb7 Manage voyage costs and all vessels' related invoices (freight, port costs, bunkers etc) and claimsKeys to success in this role
xefx82xb7 Relevant University degree
xefx82xb7 Minimum 3 years of experience in tanker shipping operations
xefx82xb7 Good experience in the refined petroleum products/chemicals shipping operations
xefx82xb7 Knowledge of renewable fuels and feedstocks is a plus
xefx82xb7 Ability to interact and work in an international environment (diverse culture and time zones)
xefx82xb7 Fluent in English, both written and spoken; other language(s) is a plusWe also value

xefx82xb7 Ability to work and make decisions independently
