Job Description


Shipping Admin

  • Daily shipment arrangement (import and export)
  • Preparation and drafting of shipping documents (Ocean and Air Freight)
  • Coordination with internal and external stakeholders
Our client is a leading 3PL group with strong foothold in Southeast Asia, providing warehousing, freight arrangement, and distribution services. We\'re looking for a Shipping Admin, responsible for shipment booking requests, drafting of shipping documentations and handling of any customers\' inquiries.

Location: Bukit Merah

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30AM - 5.30PM (with 1 day WFH)

Salary: Monthly Basic up to $3,800 + Variable Bonus

Responsibilities
  • Submission of shipping booking requests.
  • Preparation of full set shipping documentation (Ocean and Air freight)
  • Coordinate with warehouse on cargo movements.
  • Liaising with customers for any scheduling, inquiries or disputes.
  • Issuing of billing documents.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements
  • Prior knowledge in drafting of shipping documentations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Offices
  • Knowledge in shipping regulations and policies
