Preparation and drafting of shipping documents (Ocean and Air Freight)
Coordination with internal and external stakeholders
Our client is a leading 3PL group with strong foothold in Southeast Asia, providing warehousing, freight arrangement, and distribution services. We\'re looking for a Shipping Admin, responsible for shipment booking requests, drafting of shipping documentations and handling of any customers\' inquiries.
Location: Bukit Merah
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30AM - 5.30PM (with 1 day WFH)
Salary: Monthly Basic up to $3,800 + Variable Bonus
Responsibilities
Submission of shipping booking requests.
Preparation of full set shipping documentation (Ocean and Air freight)
Coordinate with warehouse on cargo movements.
Liaising with customers for any scheduling, inquiries or disputes.
Issuing of billing documents.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements
Prior knowledge in drafting of shipping documentations
Proficiency in Microsoft Offices
Knowledge in shipping regulations and policies
