Shipping Admin

Location: Jurong Island (company transport provided)
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8AM - 4.45PM (1 day WFH per week)
Salary: Monthly Gross up to $3,800 + AWS + Variable Bonus (2 months)
Responsibilities
- Coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Daily shipment arrangement.
- Preparation of shipping documents for both import and export.
- Managing of customers/supppliers for delivery.
- Min. Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management/Material management or any other relevant qualifications.
- Min. 2 years relevant experience in handling shipping arrangements.
