Job Description
:Industry: Electrical & Electronics MNCLocation: CentralWorking Hours: Monday Friday, Office HourGood Remuneration PackageJob Responsibilities:
- Create a new SAP Master for customer, vendor, material & payment term before input SAP
- Issue Sales order, send Purchase order acknowledgement & proforma invoice ( if necessary ) to customer
- Issue Purchase order and send to vendors
- Delivery follow up
- Shipping arrangement with customer & vendors
- MIGO incoming
- Issue Delivery Note for delivery or FAC for service
- Issue Tax invoice
- Monthly report
- Follow up on Payment
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the System Engineering Head
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in order and shipping processing
- Knowledge of Letter of Credit, shipping incoterm is plus
- Ms Office & SAP experience is preferred
