Job Description
Description
- Directly responsible for shipping processing using Oracle, Trax & other system.
- Co-ordinating packing arrangements with Order Execution Team and Operation Team.
- To perform pre-shipment ship to address/end user screening in accordance to ITC.
- Prepare all shipment instructions and documentations (Proforma Invoices, Packing Lists and Delivery notes etc).
- Ensure all shipments are timely and delivery schedule is met by working closely with internal and external teams (such as forwarders).
- Ensure proper documentation (COO, LC, GST) are in-place for each delivery/shipment.
- Local and overseas Invoice dispatch to customers.
- Manage & ensure all complete GST documents submission to Finance on weekly basis.
- To coordinate closely with Forwarder & CSR to close outstanding GST within 30 days timeline.
- To coordinate closely with Finance Team on GST guidelines for rejection whenever there is IRAS changes/ misalignment.
- Ability to complete other job assigned by supervisor/manager.
