Operations
Assists in vessels's arrival and departure formalities.
Handle cargo documentation, invoices and shipments.
Familiarized with MPA's latest governing rules & regulations for anchorages, vessel movements, restrictions etc. within Singapore waters
Arrangement of harbor tugs, booking of PSA pilotage via system, arrangement of crew for port & immigration clearance, declaration of vessel's arrival via MPA's Marinet and etc.
Oversee MPA applications on Marinet Portal
Requirement
Candidate must possess at least "O" Level, Diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of working experience, preferably in the Marine Agency
Meticulous and comfortable working in fast paced environment
Must be willing to take calls after office hours
Good command in written and spoken English
Ability to effectively communicate with all level of the organization
* IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office with experience in any in-house ERP system
