Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the agency's leaders, ensuring effective communication and coordination. Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and organizing events or activities. Process and maintain accurate records, reports, and databases as required. Support in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other key documents. Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and managing job postings. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless workflow and delivery of services. Provide support for events and initiatives as needed. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications:

Minimum Local Diploma or Bachelor's Degree Proven experience in administrative or support roles (previous experience in an agency setting is an advantage). A good command of the English and Mandarin language Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Meticulous and Detail-Oriented. People oriented and able to work well in teams.
