Job Summary:

• Basic Up to $3300
• Mon-Fri
• 9.00 am - 5.45 pm
• Location: Bugis
• VB

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another

• Arrange transportation and orchestrate deliveries of goods from suppliers to meet customers\' demand

• Manage activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to ensure established deadlines are met Documentation and Administration

• Coordinate Documentation with Suppliers for shipment of goods to customers

• Support the purchases of goods and services to our customers globally

• Handle full scope of purchasing documentation process (generate and complete the approval of Sales Order and PO; manage, expedite and update delivery status and schedules).

• Prepare all shipping documents for import shipments and process bank document such as Letter of Credit, etc.

• Carry out administrative tasks such as data input, processing of information, completing paper work and filling documents.

• Handle customers & suppliers\' feedbacks & complaints

• Continuously reviews freight costs, transportation rates or any other costs associated with logistics arrangements to keep costs down where possible

• Tracks the performance of suppliers, and support improvement initiatives with suppliers

• Continuously look for improvement opportunities, e.g. Streamlines documentation process in order to simplify and improve processing time

• Hands-on in LC preparation and documentation
