Job Description

Position Title: Export Shipping Assistant (Customer Service) / Shipping Assistant (Export)
Working Location: Bukit Batok
Working Hours: 5 days, Mon - Fri (9am-5:30pm)
Salary Package: Basic up to $2,800 + AWS + Medical Allowance $250 Annually
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Handle export documentations
Update shipment status
Handle enquiries via calls & emails

Minimum Diploma in Logistics or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Preferably with 1-year relevant experience
Bilingual in Mandarin & English to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts
