Shipping Assistant (shipping/mfg Ind./loyang Area)

Job Description


  • To provide sales administrative support to Sales & Marketing dept.
  • To prepare shipping documentations including all documentations related to export activities.
  • To coordinate with internal customer to ensure on time delivery to customers.
  • To liaise with forwarders for collection.
  • To attend enquiries and coordinate with relevant departments for feedback to customer.
  • To prepare quotation for manager\xe2\x80\x99s approval.
  • To raise claim form for Customer\xe2\x80\x99s claim application.
  • To manage trade sales activities.
  • To perform any others ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Diploma/Nitec in Logistics management or its equivalent.
  • Prefer 1-2 years of shipping experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Good communication skills with ability to interact with people of all levels.
  • A good team player who possesses drive, resourceful, initiative and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Resourceful, adaptable, well-organised and meticulous.
  • Able to work under pressure and fast paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS officer application.
  • Able to commit to frequent OT.
  • Entry level are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
