Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate shipping documents, arrange & track shipments.
- Coordinate with buyer / planner / supplier / forwarder / courier to ensure on time delivery of goods.
- Process & verify forwarder invoices to Finance department for payment.
- Assist in troubleshooting and claims.
- Monitor and review logistics costs & forwarder services to optimize transportation solution.
- Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain or Logistics.
- No prior experience is required as on the job training will be provided.
- Knowledge of import / export regulations will be an added advantage.
- Well Established Japanese Manufacturing MNC!
- Basic Salary Up to $3,000!
- Entitle to AWS and Performance Bonus!
- 5 Days Work Week!
- Location: Tuas!
- Island Wide Company Transportation Provided!
- Outpatient and Dental Insurance Coverage Provided!
- Able to start work immediately an added advantage!
