Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- To Coordinate with Order processing team for delivery arrangement.
- To liaise & co-ordinate with warehouse / freight forwarder etc to ensure timely delivery of customer’s shipment.
- To book cargo space for shipments.
- To prepare shipping documentation including bills of lading, shipping invoices, export paperwork, filing of documentation etc
- Adhoc delivery & collection arrangement.
- Any other duties being assigned by immediate supervisor
- Candidate must possess at least a GCE "O" Level
- Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment is advantageous
- Candidates without experiences are welcome to apply
- Able to commence work in short notice will be an added advantage
- PC literate, proficient in MS Word, Excel
