Job Description
- Heavy Equipment Distribution - US MNC
- Basic $2300 - $3000
- Full Benefits + AWS/Bonus
- 5 days (9am-6pm)
- Location: Boon Lay
- Co. Transport: Boon Lay Mrt
Main Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage all transportation-related processes for export / import shipments.
- On-time monthly shipment reports update and ensure high level of accuracy
- Close coordination with forwarders, internal and external customers in ensuring smooth execution of shipments.
- Close liaison with service providers/NVOCC on BL accuracy; troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies with service providers/NVOCC when the need arises.
- Coordinate on DG cargo transportation and manage 3PL invoices.
- Daily check and manage Engine orders through Engine report and close coordination with EPA team, Operations and forwarder on EPA documentation and collection.
- Work closely with cross functional teams on process alignments whenever required.
- Manage shipping documents archiving.
Requirements:
- Nitec / Diploma in Logistics, Business or related.
- Min. 1 year of relevant experience in supply chain / freight forwarding / shipping or transportation operations.
- Familiar with shipping Incoterms and good knowledge of export customs procedures (Example, types of customs permits, HS codes, Chamber CoO application)
- Knowledge in dangerous goods (DG) management and transportation (IMDG / IATA) and experience in warehouse operations will be an added advantage
