Requirements: Passion in shipping coordination duties and a keen eye for detail Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data entry Minimum 1-3 years working experience Experience in a shipping/ freight forwarding/ logistics industry an added advantage Job Scope (Responsibilities): Process custom declaration and bill of lading Manage shipment arrangement for cargo clearance for delivery by air and sea freight Prepare and check import shipment documents Ensure proper coordination between warehouse staff, sales staff, shipping agents, oversees counterparts & vendors Work in a small team, covering all aspects of the forwarding process Basic admin duties such as billing, costings, and payment follow up Liaising with colleagues in overseas for shipping query On/ off-sites inventory stock take Support strategic purchasing request
